Evolving and avoiding becomming bloatware : add-ons/apps/plugins

Since we are throwing out several ideas here that can be nice additions to some but may seem like destroying the lightness of PCAV to others, risking to get a bloatware stamp in the future...

 

How about keeping the core light and easy and have a add-on/toolbox area where you can add the parts you want to use, similar to Firefox add-ons for example.
