It sounds like an anti-feature, but the Application Control desperately needs repeat message suppression. Sometimes, you need to get rid of a delayed autostart service temporarily with disabling it, but the constant popups get annoying.
I noticed that the anti-virus security password (login to the console) does'nt protect you from uninstalling the program... My younger brother in this way passed parental controls. Could also with the creation of coercive password before uninstalling (after the then finding it), the option to change the password reminder, or by sending mail and/or via SMS or call.
How about an option to control how much CPU and Memory is to be available for the AV when scanning or in idle?
Right now, programs remain registered in the firewall's program control even after they have been removed from the system. They can be deleted, but only one at a time. There should be a way to remove multiple programs from program control at once.
